I started Career Climbers as a career coaching and career services practice in 2023, dedicated to helping professionals find clarity, confidence, and momentum in their careers, especially those who have historically been marginalized or underrepresented in the workplace. Built on the belief that every career is a mountain with more than one path upward, Career Climbers provides practical guidance, honest insight, and personalized strategy for people who feel stuck, overlooked, or unsure of their next step. I’m Bill Ostrum, a recruiter and career coach who has spent years helping emerging professionals tell their story, navigate high‑stakes moments, and build a career they’re proud of. Through one‑on‑one coaching, group sessions, and the Basecamp app, your personalized digital trail guide, I help people move from uncertainty to direction and from direction to real progress, with a special focus on elevating voices and stories that too often go unheard.
